For two hours you feel like to live in the past! The tour guide are dressed as the time period of the inhabitants of the castle and very knowledgeable of the its history.

A very interesting tour led by a vet knowledgeable guide (Anna I believe?) open for questions all throughout the tour, lots of history mixed with a little humour Well done! And yup- the cookies and quince were great!

the tour is good, especially if history interests you. Ask questions as staff are knowledgeable. Do not bring young children as likely to break something

Thank you for your review! Everyone is welcome to Dundurn, our knowledgeable staff will guide you through the museum and will be happy to point out some of our hands on objects if there are visitors on the tour who need a more tactile experience.

My daughter and son-in-law as well as my wife and I took a tour and truly enjoyed the informative and interesting tour guide. It was a nice time to visit since Christmas decorations were up.

Thank you for your review! Open for free from June to October, Dundurn also has a 2 acre Kitchen Garden which offers free guided tours on the weekends.

Visit with an open mind, history is important. The authentic snacks we sample in the kitchen were a bonus.

Wonderful! Well informed tour guide. Easy to hear every word as 60 people were divided into groups of 15. Delicious home made treats. Very friendly staff. Great gift shop.
