Love the freshness, selection and people. Favourite vendors are Lina's Pastries for their perfect cannoli, Sam's Cheese & Meats for their amazing cheese selection, and Pokeh for their authentic poke bowls. So fun to visit, can't get better than this.

The location aside (its in a 2 storey , glassed in almost-basement facility - a far cry from past years), this is a fine local market with all you could ask for in the vein of day to day shopping, picnic supplies, souvenirs, and local produce and product. Several cheese vendors, butchers, produce stalls, bakeries (Flour to to People -... More

Great stay at the Sheraton Hotel and attached is the Jackson Square Mall and Hamilton Market and AGH is right across the street from hotel . Exploring all was fun and exciting. Market is busy and full of food, fun and sampling. Lots of culture and even buskers outside near the entrance give it a musical touch. You can tell... More

2 storey area for vegetables, fruits, meats, flowers market with food section. Not really cheaper than supermarket, just in different shape and nuance. The farmers market in downtown Hamilton.

Always love to visit the market which has existed for decades. Great location with lots of parking where you can even get 1 hour free at York parking with validation from any vendor. Last visit we did a tour of the Jackson Square mall and dropped into the main library.

There are a few farmers with good assortments of fresh produce at good prices. You can also find an excellent selection of cheeses, pastries, baked goods and meats. Unfortunately, they are closed Sunday, Monday and Wednesday. Some of the better vendors are also closed off and on during the rest of the week.

This market has existed in the same spot in the certre of downtown Hamilton for generations. It is entirely indoors. With vendors from many different sectors of interest from retail to local farmers to gormet food makers there is something for everyone. With an elevator and a ramp it is completely accessible. What I really found delightful was the number... More

We went as soon as it opened on a Saturday because it's a farmer's market, right? The sooner you get there, the better, right? Wrong. When we left an hour later, about half of the vendors were still either setting up or weren't even there yet. Having said that, it's a pretty good market, and not as pricey as some... More
