First off the entrance to the park opens at 930, so you can get in get your locker and find a picnic table in the shade if you want. At 10am the staff opens the fences and you can access all of the rides. The...More
Lots of slides and activities to keep you busy. The lazy river rides are really fun and unique. The sit down restaurant service was slow. My 4 kids ages 12-4 all had something to do. My son ordered a pizza and it came after everyone...More
I took my 69 year old mom and my sister in law (who can’t swim) on an adventure to Calypso. I assured them both that they could handle the lazy river at the very least.
I purchased the tickets for the park, locker and parking...More
We opted to hit this park on Canada Day to beat the heat and crowds on the hill. We arrived after lunch and it was busy however managed very well. It was clean and was a lot of fun. Lines were not bad at all....More
We went 4 kids and 4 adults. It was amazing. We could go on most rides together. I’ve read other reviews and I’ll clarify some points. Every single park in the world is busy on weekends, to no fault of the park. We went on...More
We went on a long weekend. It was extremely hot so we decided to go to the water park.
Let me start with the Pro's:

2) Sandal storage near every ride
3) Lot of picnic tables - could add few...More

We had a great day at the park. The lineups were not too long and the park was not full on Tuesday. I would recommend getting a cabana rental if you want a guaranteed shady spot for the day. The Jungle Run was by far...More
We visited the park mid-week right after the Canada Day weekend and we were fortunate to have sunny, hot temperatures, low humidity and reasonably short line-ups. We had a great time. This was my 4th visit. If you are travelling with kids big enough to...More
The water in all the areas (wave pool, water slide basins, play areas) have a filtration system and the water is constantly being cleaned throughout the day.
So the water will be the same cleanliness all day long.

Steffie16 the water park is about a 30 min drive outside of Ottawa so it’s not close to anything you will want to do in Ottawa itself. We were just there for Canada day weekend and stayed in Gatineau and walked across the bridge to downtown Ottawa Didn’t have to worry about parking and our hotel in Gatineau was 50% cheaper then in downtown Ottawa. We rented a car for a few days and used it to get to the water park. Hope this helps.
