Queens home away from home. More than a rumor the Queen regularly has come to Halifax. Just the idea that this is Halifax’s Buckingham Palce is a treat. Worth a detour if you are walking the waterfront.

We came upon this building after visiting St. Mary's Cathedral and Basilica. Walk one block south on Barrington St. We did not attempt to enter as there were no signs indicating it was open to the public. It is worth a photo for its architecture.

We came across this as we were walking back to hotel. Kinda neat to look at but not something you would go out of your way to visit.
