We sat on the patio which is partially covered and enclosed so even on a day of 50km winds, like today, it was great! Aw3some views right on the water. We shared the 2 piece fish and chips. Perfect for 2. Way too much for...More

For the money it was very disappointing. Staff were knowledgeable but when all you see are gulls, a lobster they bring up from the pot and a seals head it was a boring 2 hours. Certainly wouldn't recommend it in September !!

first of all, there is absolute no guarrantee that you will see any wildlife, as animals don't keep schedules! You have to be lucky to see some. On our trip, the captain did his best to find something to see and even made some detours...More

This boat ride was very enjoyable but wasn't a whale watching tour. There are 2 levels to the boat - the bottom level is mostly enclosed with a bar and booth seating and the upper level is open with plastic picnic tables. The crew included...More

Our family enjoyed the cruise. Staff was very knowledgeable about the harbour and local attractions and sea life. We didn't see any wildlife other than the birds which we fed at the end of the cruise. Kids loved it and wife didn't get sea sick....More

This was a great trip. We saw seals and porpoises. Unfortunately no whales that day, but we thoroughly enjoyed the trip. Great value. Lots of information about people the history of Halifax. Lots of activity in the harbour to see.

Hi, we want to go whale watching on the 19th. Can you tell me if we need to book early and what time is the trip. There are 5 of us and any time is good.

You should be able to get tickets when you are about to go on the tour. As stated in my review, this attraction DOES NOT provide a chance to see whales.
