Overview
More
By offering a flexible and fun approach to passenger travel, Alternative Routes takes the hospitality the Maritimes are known for and applies it to transportation, giving travellers a way to explore even the most out of the way places in Nova Scotia on their own schedule. The hop-on-hop-off nature of Alternative Routes gives travellers plenty of opportunity to meet other like-minded adventurers and explore undiscovered places they never dreamed to see. AR's passengers are not limited to a fixed schedule and they can choose where they want to stay and how long to stay there. Passengers will also get to experience the advantage of having a driver guide who can offer unique insight on what’s hot and what’s not.

Great experience. Samantha is knowledgeable and fun, and gives a great insight into Nova Scotia. There are not many options to get around NS without a car, I can thoroughly recommend Alternative Routes as a great way to do it.
