We stopped here to rest after an hour climbing hills and checking out the local sights. This is a place where locals come to enjoy the day and kids ride bikes and skateboards. There are also public bathrooms here.

Visited the playground in this park a few days ago during our trip to St. John's. Great variety of play structures, safe, and people are respectful. My 4-year-old had lots of fun. Would recommend.

Had an awesome time skating the loop this past Sunday. Reminds me of my childhood skates on the ponds.

The park is very well-kept and beautiful, ideal for a jog or to bring kids to. However, there is a tablet here that tell the tale of a woman, the last of her tribe, who narrated the story of how her people were killed, soon...More

The park consists of a manicured garden, sports facilities (renovated pool, tennis courts) and a 3 km hike following a stream, later climbing up to the pool level and outdoor theatre (summer venue) through woods. The hike is great all year round.
