It's a little bit of a drive but I’d recommend going there to climb the stairs to the lighthouse and walk around the trails in the area.

Great ocean views, shoreline cliffs, views back to St John's and East Coast Trail all from one stop only a short drive from downtown St John's and only about 20 minutes back to Cabot Town on Signal Hill

Once you are in st Johns, might as well check out the views.Close to downtown.If you like the outdoors, you must take a drive to the top of the hill.

That I did not see. But before you head there you can eat at a few places a few miles away.
