This trail is as beautiful as any metropolitan trail that I have experienced world wide. The serenity, tranquility and beauty is never to be forgotten. This trail is accessible also!!

The value that Rivers bring to a City can be seen and felt in all types of weather.  Todaymay not have been sunny (just yet)  but the cool temperatures with some fog being present made for a wonderful walk along the Rennies River Trail.  The fall colors of orange, red, yellows, brown and all shades of each, combine with the sounds... My wife and I were visiting with our son and his wife prior to our Florida vacation. We caught the trail at Pippy Park and walked down to and around Quidi Vidi and back again. The trail is well maintained. Quite the view of nature and various parts of the city and its history. A great way to spend a... More

This trail is a very pleasant walking path. It follows a pretty little creek that has waterfalls, and it crosses through a couple of parks.

This is a well maintained trail with some genial rolling hills along a river. Excellent for a run (roughly a 5k out and back). It's easily accessible from the Quidi Vidi lake trail so makes for a great 10k run if you do a loop around the lake and perhaps run from your hotel if you are close to the... More

If your staying in St. John's and are looking for a running trail this could be part of your run. Well managed trail along a beautiful small river that has a fair bit of elevation change. Great trail for family walk or bike ride. The water was crystal clear. Some nice little rapids to see also.
