Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Great walking, running, or biking trail. There are playgrounds for the little ones, and the occasional shelter or sitting area. A great vantage point from anywhere to watch the Tidal Bore.

This park has some interesting features along its 5 km route beside the Petticodiac River. There is the RCMP Memorial, Honour Garden, Joseph Salter Monument, Armenian Genocide Memorial, stylized graffiti and artwork, even a skateboard park and a playground. At one end is the viewing platform for the Tidal Bore. It was a leisurely stroll along the trail. Every single person I met along the route said "hello", gave directions or offered some insight on Moncton....

My wife and I have visited Moncton since 2008 and we stay at the Residence Inn. We have always enjoyed watching the tidal bore on the Petitcodiac River and have been impressed by the continuous changes in the Park that borders it. The trail has been extended with a boardwalk and we look forward to spending time on it.

We decided to visit the park and stay and watch the fireworks for Canada Day. The park itself it not fenced and too close to the road, which causes major security concerns for parents with small children. There is not a lot of green space, but we still managed to find a spot for the fireworks. The firework display itself, while not long, had some of the most beautiful fireworks I have ever seen. It had everything smily face and heart fireworks to the standard big burst firecrackers. I would say that the display itself is a must see for the pyro enthusiast or child alike.

The Riverfront Park is part of a 10K trail along the banks of the Petitcodaic River, and is populated by a host of walkers, runners, and bikers. We caught the evening tidal bore, which was pretty impressive, especially the guy who was surfing it!

Excellent starting point to enjoy boardwalk and paths going for many kilometres, especially when combined with excursion to Dieppe and Riverview. Easy biking for many miles. Skateboard park well used and appreciated.

Nice path. There are parts that are paved and unpaved. It was good to get outside. It is quite close to the Delta Hotel. We saw some cute beavers too!

I walked an offshoot trail of the Riverfront Park that was behind my hotel. It had a few beautiful monuments along it and some historic outbuildings, the Tidal Bore Park, and of course the river and tidal bore.

Great place to walk and/or run. Walked off a couple of meals as it is close to the restaurants we were eating at.
