Recognized as one of Canada’s top 10 community markets, the Fredericton Boyce Farmers Market is the City’s traditional Saturday morning (6am-1pm) gathering spot downtown for fresh and healthy foods, craft, creativity and conversation. With more than 250 indoor and outdoor local suppliers from along the St. John River Heritage Corridor and across the Province, The Market (as it’s known here) is the place to discover seasonal products like fiddleheads and blueberries , ultra-fresh produce, including organics, meats & seafood, cakes & confections, breads, cheeses & homemade jams, fresh-squeezed juices & New Brunswick wines, artisan chocolates, specialty coffees & beans. Ethnic delicacies, from Chinese buns to Lebanese stuffed grape leaves and the City’s famous samosas, are also a big part of The Market tradition. A vibrant space with one-of-a-kind gifts, colourful and quirky, finds include pottery, jewellery, paintings, textiles and lawn sculptures. Breakfast is served up on site, either inside from the restaurant or outside in either of our two Food Alleys where it’s falafel sandwiches and buffalo burgers galore.

There is always something at this market for you. From meats, to pickles, to jewellery, to of course some of the best food in town. Sometimes there are line ups, but it is always worth the wait. Hot warm food done the way you like it. Extra sauce no problem, Some extra spices not a problem. The Market truly does... More

I live going to this market, but it is very busy and the crowds can be overwhelming. Overall people are friendly and the food selection is fantastic. Allot of sweet crafts and such as well. Best to get there early, because some of the stands get sold out. Bring plenty of cash in advance. There are ATMs on sight but... More

Visited Farmers Market Sat. Apr. 29, 2017, to buy Maple Syrup made by Dumfries Maples. Their prices are reasonable and I know where it is made. Also other products - maple butter (fantastic taste), maple candies. Can also return your bottles to them.

Loads of stuff to do and buy from this wonderful market. I travel to Fredericton from Saint John to this lovely place on Saturday mornings. They are only open on Saturdays, quite early but then at 1 pm it's all over until the next weekend. However, it's worth the trip. If you don't care for large crowds, this is not... More

This is a great local market and I'm not surprised it's listed as the number 1 thing to do in Fredericton. Delicious food (love the cheese in particular) and beautiful, unusual gifts and crafts. I go every year when visiting family.

This really is an incredible market. So many vendors both inside and out. Very high quality fresh foods and prepared foods. There is a restaurant serving breakfast and brunch that is jam packed all morning long. Take a number and wait your turn for incredible bacon and Eggs Benni. Outside is a street lined with food trucks and booths with... More

If you the outdoor, food vendors, various types of vendors from butchers, cheeses, fresh veggies, you name it it's pretty much sold there. Saturday mornings, the crowds are out, everyone can't wait for the market...if your visiting Fredericton, you have to check it out, and make sure you try the food vendors, some of the best foods there.
