Great live music! We went to a New Orleans night. The 9 piece band with 6 horns was super. Don't let the less than pristine exterior deter you.

Met some really great people. Topped off the night with a snack next door at Johnny Gs then back to the Firt Gary Hotel. Funnest night in the city for me. Good cold beer and a 5 dollar cover charge. A must see. Yes it...More

Went here to listen to some blues music. It's a good 'dive' bar. Our group just had beer to drink, but the service was really good. it was a slow night and the music was more folksy that night. We still enjoyed it.

If you are staying in downtown in the peg, check this hole in the wall blues club out. Home to local bands and a regular stop for traveling blues acts. Rustic setting, great sound, fairly priced drinks. Just what you are looking for.

I can't believe I've waited so long to check this place out! It's literally a hole in the wall. Limited seating, cramped standing room, and a little tiny stage with taped holding together the mics. But this place has character! Definitely a cultural hub and...More

The bar is small, old, and has a limited menu. That said, the music was good, the place was packed, and I would definitely come back. Just eat before you go.
