We have enjoyed many a random night at this place. So, when thinking about where to have our small wedding celebration. It was a no-brainer. We worked with John on our event details and he lended a helping hand in any way he could. We...More

I went for an outing with friends to see the dirty catfish brass band and it was amazing! The staff is super friendly, the Mexican food is so good, the beer is cold and the music is always great! I don’t think you could ever...More

Great live music! We went to a New Orleans night. The 9 piece band with 6 horns was super. Don't let the less than pristine exterior deter you.

Went here to listen to some blues music. It's a good 'dive' bar. Our group just had beer to drink, but the service was really good. it was a slow night and the music was more folksy that night. We still enjoyed it.

I was staying at the Fort Garry last weekend and a friend from Winnipeg took me to this place for a quick beer after dinner. It really does look like a hole-in-the-wall - a door on the corner of a main street, poked in to...More

If you are staying in downtown in the peg, check this hole in the wall blues club out. Home to local bands and a regular stop for traveling blues acts. Rustic setting, great sound, fairly priced drinks. Just what you are looking for.

I can't believe I've waited so long to check this place out! It's literally a hole in the wall. Limited seating, cramped standing room, and a little tiny stage with taped holding together the mics. But this place has character! Definitely a cultural hub and...More
