It is a lovely location, but the price and services received were only a 65% satisfaction.

The bedding for the massage table was greasy/grimy which was a huge turn off. I'm not a germaphobe, but it was really gross and I considered leaving. The massage was fine although I would have preferred deeper pressure.

I was so happy to find Waterfront Massage Therapy! I have just moved to Winnipeg and was seeking holistic massage therapies and was referred to this centre! I have yet to have a treatment but when I walked in, the receptionist (I think her name...More

Twice, two separate massage therapists cancelled less than a day in advance. The second time, No one even bothered to call. An hour before I checked my waterfront account and it said my appointment was confirmed. When I showed up the rude front desk girl...More

I try to go monthly for massages at Waterfront Massage, and I get Adrielle to work on sports related injuries, as well as "couch potato" soreness. I've seen a few other therapists there, but I really like Adrielle's technique, though that is a personal preference,...More

I went here with my husband in the summer, beautiful summer time, had a walk in the forks and head over for massage on a Saturday. Place is very nice, clean and relaxing waiting area. Reception is better than some high ranking spa in the...More

I tried Waterfront mostly because of its location--I can walk there from my place. Pleasantly surprised that they can bill my insurance directly, and by the luck of scheduling I ended up with a therapist that knows exactly what I need. I've been back twice,...More

DISAPPOINTED. I booked a 60 minute massage, and unfortunately the therapist (Adrielle) was running late. While I paid for a 60 minute massage, it turned out to be less than 50 minutes. Waterfront Massage: please don't shortchange your paying customers. If they pay for a...More

The message therapist at Waterfront are very professional and obviously well trained in understanding how the body works. If one goes to the clinic expecting just a "feel good massage" they may want to go somewhere else. There is a lot of training that goes...More

My wife & I were looking for a new massage experience after we decided that Inn at the Forks became too pricey for what you received. Based on reviews, we decided to try Waterfront Massage. We get there, pretty excited and find a pretty stripped-down...More

Great location and modern facility. On the downside the treatment is always way shorter than advertised. A 60 minute massage is never more than 50 minutes (although they offer a 45 massage as well) and it happened several times that the massage therapist walked out...More
