This is a nice small cultural museum for the Thompson area. It explains the history of the area. There are 2 log houses that make up the museum.

Great piece of Thompson history here! The museum coordinator was very pleasant to talk to, and shared some very interesting pieces of information about Thompson's past. Lots of neat things to view. If you're in Thompson, it's a must-see!

Heritage North Museum at 162 Princeton Drive. (204) 677-2216 has minimal entrance charge. Helpful curator. Very good displays of historical community from school house information to personal citizen possessions. Lots of taxidermy animals with appropriate explanations. Very cute museum! Takes about an hour to go through both buildings. Good for kids over 6 with a good attention span! VERY friendly and knowledgable staff, very welcoming!
