We dropped in for a quick day pass. Our 3 kids loved it. Great facility. All equipment was provided and the climbing wall was spectacular. Great way to spend a few hours.

Cool place to workout and very friendly too. Only tried the cross fit area and the insanity session but really liked the place. Clean and well looked after. What else could you ask for.

Single day pass was right around $14, but the one week pass was worth it if you were going to be there more than 4 days, if I remember correctly. You can also fill out their waiver online.
