Very crowded, we stayed for 2 nights and were hoping that after people left at 11am that we could partake in the spas. But no, they close them from 11am untill 4pm. So other than the pools, which were actually colder on the second day, the hot tub wasn't very hot and the outdoor pool wasn't warm enough to stay... More

I tried....my daughter and I wanted to go to this spa for my 55th birthday and to check it out as a destination for her bridal shower. It is only available for individuals staying at the resort or who live at predictor ridge. This seems abit pretentious and poor business.

My daughter and I had the Rhassoul treatment which started with a foot soak, tea and nuts, the we had an allover body scrub with ground walnuts. We then went into a steam room for 20 minutes and put special mud all over our bodies. Once finished steaming, we rinsed off and body butter was applied. The women doing the... More

He had a mud and muscle massage. He said it was good. Another client as I was waiting for him to finish told me it was great too. The spa was free for us.. the water felt so nice.. if only it was hotter. Overall, it was beautiful. The view was foggy and despite the rain, it was super relaxing... More

I didn't stay at the resort or book any treatments but I did enjoy the several different steam rooms and saunas, plus the pools. I don't normally do this type of thing, but I spent a couple hours going from steam to sauna with wonderful showers in between (check out the different types of shower...rain, thunder, tropic and more!) and was... We did not stay at the hotel but had the $40 pass to use the spa and we booked a $130 treatment. It is a gorgeous facility but very disappointed in the spa for the price. First of all, we were told they don't hire registered massage therapists. I am not sure I like the idea of paying $130 for... More

A good friend and I decided to treat ourselves to a couple of days of pampering. Unfortunately on the second day my friend became violently ill with a middle ear issue. The staff at the Spa and the Hotel could not have been better -- they were so very concerned and even called home after we left to insure she... More

My mom and I went to use the the pools and steam rooms, which were all amazing! The outdoor pool is exceptional, and the views are beautiful. As guests of predator ridge, we were permitted to use the spa (for a fee), which was so great. Highly recommended, however... it seemed like the sparkling hill and predator ridge resorts have... We must be fair to say that we visited Sparkling Hill Resort since it is well known for its Austrian crystals so my friends and family wish to take a look! Well the view is great since it is on top of a ridge. The crystals are not that great during day time ( it might look different at night?... More
