A stroll around the Inner Harbour always lifts the spirits. I love the lights on the Legislature. The iconic Empress Hotel looks great now.

A focal point of the city with grand images and indications of the growth of the city. Lots to see and do and the festivities that occur year round have something for almost everyone.

A trip to Victoria isn't complete without a walk around the inner harbor and adjacent buildings. It can easily be worked into a day-long walking tour of the city.

Looks like you got your answer. Oak Bay hosts a market once a month on Wednesday evenings and Sidney hosts one also on Thursdays which can be googled also. Not related to your question but I wanted to share
