I never go to Victoria without stopping at Fisherman's Wharf. I love seeing the unique way people live, right on the water. There's a few fast food places. I do miss the seals. You can no longer feed the seals - thus they aren't around...More

The Wharf was lovely to walk around and see. Surrounded by privately owned house boats it was heartwarming and cute. However I think this is a tourist attraction fit for spring / summer. I was there in december between christmas and new year's so none...More

It’s a series of docks with float homes, restaurants, and a commercial fleet. Honestly nothing to write home about

So fascinating to wander around the wharf and look at all the house boats here . It was a little chilly but we still enjoyed walking around the brightly coloured wharf!

Good area to walk and enjoy some local eateries (fish n chips) and local shops, but many closed or limited during winter season. Enjoy walking on the wharf to see a variety of moored fishing boats, whale watch tours available

It's about a 5 block walk. All flat but a good 15 minutes. Might be too far for your Mom although there are many benches to stop and rest in between or you can take a Kabuki cab ( bicycle with trailer)
