Near downtown Victoria BC, people ages five to adult enjoy outdoor adventure games in the tree-tops. The popular Monkido aerial obstacle courses include dozens of suspended obstacles and zip-lines. Guests move at their own pace across tightropes, plank bridges, swinging logs; cargo nets, tree ladders, and more surprises - six to 60 feet (2-18m) above ground! Demonstration is included; no experience is necessary - just the ability to "monkey-see, monkey-do"! ...Thrill seekers test their mettle with a What's To Fear Jump (WTF Jump), a 40-foot loose-line leap from high perch to forest floor.

Great family atraction

Very fun activity within the forest, you can encourage your kids under 12 on the kids course, and test your skill and fear control on the adult course.

I revisited this fantastic place after having bungee jumped here 25 years ago! Think they've been around for a while? The place has grown and now offers more activities. Clearly, this is a very well run facility. While I no longer feel brave (or crazy) enough to jump, I certainly enjoyed walking up to the top of the bridge, and... More

This was our 3rd visit to Wildplay in Victoria BC with our kids. First they did the kids course a few years ago. Then we all four did the Classic Course - parents need to lead by example and I did! Its a mental challenge more than a physical one but its still a 2hr workout. This time our 12yr... More

We had a week-long day camp for youth, and WildPlay was our "Grand Finale" on the last day. The staff was great with our youth, and provided lots of great support on and off the course. The youth had a great experience--one even said that it was the "best day of [their] life!!" with great enthusiasm. The course can be... More

Think VERY carefully before investing in a seasons pass. Birthday parties are their priority and they will not swipe you in until all birthday parties are checked in and waivers sorted out etc. On our first encounter we had to wait 55 minutes to get someone to part with birthday party customers, and supply my son and daughter with harnesses.... It's physically demanding but worth it. I will for sure do it again when I'm in Victoria next time...

Sporty or not, almost everyone can enjoy this place. You can go at your own pace. If you are taking time and going slower, make sure to let others go ahead. The last time we were there, people in front of us never wanted us to go ahead. We were standing and waiting most of the time. Perhaps the instructor... More

We had a great time at this place. My daughter loved it. My husband and brother enjoyed it so much. If you are afraid of heights, this is not for you. The obstacles get harder and harder and higher and higher. You need a lot of upper body strength to do some of it. The staff are nice and helpful... More

We loved our time here so much that we are already planning to return to Victoria on a land based trip just so we can do this and some other favorite activities, combine it with the ferry to Vancouver. Our cruise line did not offer this as an excursion but it was absolutely the best #1 way we could have... More
