Don't believe the picture. No longer tea on the lawn. No one dresses in period costumes. Tea served in the barn. Wasted a little boat ride to and from. Museum closed except by reservation. Total waste of time.

I truly enjoy going for high tea here. The setting is outside in a beautiful garden on the waterfront wicker furniture in small groupings. Wait Staff are in period costume adding to the ambience. Lovely tea served with sandwiches and daintiest. Not hurried very relaxed....More

Spent a full day at Point Ellice House for Mother’s Day. Loved the historic tour of the homestead and loved the garden tour! Both very knowledgeable guides. However the high tea was disappointing. The food and tea was very good but the presentation was horrible....More

Elegant historic house has been lovingly preserved. It is remarkable that it could be done. Very good tour guide. This is the history of Victoria. The gardens are lovely to walk through. The gift shop has a new buyer! Some great buys to be found....More
