Enjoyed Snow White over the holiday. Beautiful and classic theatre venue. Something fun for the kids to do as we did an overnight trip from Seattle on the clipper. The play was a bit long but we all hung in there. Content was for adults...More

I recently took my children to watch Yellowpoint Spectacular. An amazing performance and venue helping us get into the holiday spirit. Great seats, great sound and a beautiful building.

My family went to see Potted Potter recently. We really enjoyed it! The building is great, and the acoustics are wonderful, even in our high up, balcony seating.

My first time at this beautiful, cozy playhouse! I went to see John Cleese & Eric Idle here, it was my first time. I love the traditional red & gold decor and the small seating capacity which really cultivates an intimate setting. Leg space is...More

What a grand theatre. Great shows, good prices. Victoria is fortunate to have such a lovely theatre right downtown.

I had a good view from where I sat, St. Mikes was putting on a fantastic show, and there was a great art gallery upstairs. No problems! Just a good time at a comfortable theatre.

This theatre is an amalgam of modernist architecture outside, a spacious lobby with some nice touches like a glass strip running along the staircase which gives you a sense of floating. Inside the actual theatre, you time travel back to a very traditional theatre which...More

This is an oldish theatre in a great location downtown. Seating is not the best. Very cramped and upstairs balcony gives one a virtigo. Would be a nightmare to vacate in case of an emergency!

MacPherson Theatre is slightly larger than the RoyalTheater. The washrooms are a little better, but not by a big difference.
