They spared no expense when it comes to this beautiful building. We took the free tour and enjoyed walking the grounds after. It is well worth coming out around 9:30pm, that is when they turn the lights on outside the building. Gorgeous!

We opted to go on a free tour, and our guide was very informative and very knowledgeable on Canadian politics. The building was also quite impressive, inside and out.

Canada does have same exterior look at every parliament building. Very nice. It's great place to see in Victoria.

The building is very impressive and worth a look if you have time. There are actors in period costume walking the grounds which is a nice touch.

If the question is whether the British Parliament Building has a place for large bags, I do not know. I did not see any visitor hauling bags in the building. Otherwise, the two answers above are most appropriate.
