We did this tour since we had only a few hours to see Victoria. It was a beautiful sunny day and we were able to sit in the top section. The narration was very good and easy to understand. It took about 2-2 1/2 hours...More

My wife and I were in Victoria for a day as part of an Alaska Cruise. We had not booked any excursions so thought we would take a wander around Victoria ourselves. Having never been to Victoria, we had no idea of what was where....More

A bit expensive for the product/service provided. Staff were courteous and friendly; however, we found it to be over priced. We recommend public transit and walking in concert with Google or Wikipedia. In the event you have walking restrictions or traveling with small children, you...More

Save money. A day pass on City Transit costs $5.00 and you can ride one of those buses instead. They are nicer and have friendlier drivers. You won't smell the fumes from this bus if you take city transit instead. There is no air conditioning...More

We had booked with another company and they didn't show up. Gray Line was right there and they helped us with our problem. The sights we saw were everything you needed to see in Victoria.

The hop on hop off bus took us by a good portion of the city and waterfronts. Its a good way to get a quick view of where things are and what the different areas look like so you can go around again and get...More

If you're visiting Victoria for a short amount of time, I recommend the hop-on-hop-off bus. Advice: Bring a jacket and scarf. It might get very chilly if you're sitting on the second level.

Really and truly impressively bad service. The whole reason we did this was for my 77 year old father in law whose knee was giving him trouble. We were told to show up for a special tour at 5 pm when we got our tickets....More

This company was wonderful to deal with and Jackie and her manager were so kind to us as we had purchased a groupon with a competitor who sold us the groupon but didn't tell us they were not operational in March. I can't say enough...More

We bought tickets to do the hop-on bus tour in July 2015. Enjoyed our few hours seeing the sights of Victoria on a beautiful, warm sunny day. Also, enjoyed sitting up top in such nice weather. Enjoyed getting off at beacon hill park. Also, enjoyed...More

does Gray line take you from Victoria BC to Vancouver one way, and how much per person. Or is there a ferry from Victoria to Vancouver? this is in September and what is the cost for both options?

Our service only offers tours of Victoria, BC, we do not go across the water to Vancouver. BC Ferries operates between Vancouver and Victoria and there is a BC Ferries Connector bus that does that route. I suggest contacting... More

Can we board the bus from the cruise ship dock? If we arrive at 2:30, spend 3-4 hrs at the gardens, can we board the bus to get back to the cruise ship dock before 9:00? Thanks! Any more tips on what to do in Victoria or how to best use our very short time there. Other transportation options we should consider?

It's about a 40 minute ride to the gardens. It's a separate bus ticket to the gardens. I spent 3hours at the gardens and felt like I had seen everything.

From what I am seeing from reviews, I believe you can hop off one bus and hop on another when you get off at a stop? Also, my mother has a hard time walking around. Will the tour still be worth it if we stayed on the bus the whole time?
