We stopped in for a few drinks and food on a rainy Sunday afternoon. Luckily a few football games were on and there were many tables free in the pub side so that we could stretch out, dry our shoes and socks, and enjoy some...More
We arrived in Vancouver on business and decided on the Yaletown Brewing Company. Brogan was our server who was attentive and informative. I had the French Onion Soup and the Wedge Salad. My colleague had Fish and Chips. The food was good with a great...More
With in and out dining this was a very nice brew pub. We shared a haddock burger. It was really very good - chopped haddock patty with lots of flavor including dill. The burger was quite large. There is a large selection of tap beer.
We passed this restaurant strolling around lovely and bubbly Yaletown. We decided to have a drink here but ended up staying for dinner as well. The food is delicious, the vibe is good. Yaletown is the best.
Myself and my good friend Margaret went to what seemed to be a very respectable looking bar in the heart of the city. With expectations high, we decided to be a bit naughty and order a pair of whiskey sours.

Our last full day in Vancouver and we selected this place for lunch.
Three different choices, one Beef burger, one Tokyo Salmon and one Pork Chop, with an extra of Onion rings.
We all enjoyed our selections and the staff were fine.
Yaletown has risen from the ashes of its rough-and-tumble industrial past into one of Vancouver's new chicest neighbourhoods. The place responsible for originating of the phrase 'skid row' might not call to mind independently-owned boutiques and terraced cafes, but having swallowed the waterfront lines of False Creek North, the resulting amalgamation transformed the area into an elegant,
stylish hotspot with a view. Its youthful vibe owes to the many young families and young professionals who live there, bolstering nightlife and restaurant variety along its cobbled streets. It is the flagship neighbourhood for modern revitalization, and the It-Spot for boutique hotels and modish eats.
