Stanley Park is Vancouver's premier spot to get up close and personal with nature and animals. The grassy expanse offers outdoor teahouses and stunning views, beachfront hideaways and splash parks. It is a typical getaway spot for friends and families, especially as it is home to Vancouver's aquarium, and some of its best equestrian outlets.

Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I walk this way often, and this is a must-stop place along the route. The lighthouse itself becomes an afterthought as it is overshadowed by the views stretching from northwest towards Lions Gate all the way southeast and downtown Vancouver. Whether you are walking or biking, plan a stop here.

A cute little lighthouse along the Stanley Park sea wall. We stopped here on our bike ride around the park. It’s no big deal as far as lighthouses go, but it’s worth the stop. Great scenery and a cool breeze off the water makes it worth the stop.

Brockton Point Lighthouse is in Stanley Park, a wonderful natural reserve. The views are fantastic and you can sit down and enjoy the surrounding area for as long as you wish.

Very good photo op. Take your postcard picture here! There aren't typically lines of any kind and makes for a wonderful picture for couples.

Great spot to see both the Bridge and ships in the bay or look back towards vancouver city. Small lighthouse but very important strategic place.

Awesome views and a great place to stop on your trek around the sea wall. Parking available if you happen to be driving around as well

Located along Stanley Park’s seawall at its northeastern point, not far from the famous totem pole collection, this is a small, rather unremarkable, lighthouse but it is located in a very picturesque setting of the green space of Stanley Park, at the inlet to the beautiful harbor with the coming and going of ships and seaplanes and mountains serving as a backdrop, and Lions Gate Bridge to the left in the distance.

While the lighthouse itself is closed to the public, the surrounding area provides stunning views of the inlet - from the First Narrows and the Lions Gate Bridge to the west, to the Second Narrows and the Iron-workers Memorial Bridge to the east. The north shore mountains are visible, except for the cloudiest days. If you want to see the "nature" part of the city, this is a great place to start. If you are doing the seawall, this is hard to miss. If driving, park at the totems, and walk a short distance. Bring your camera!

Was pleasantly surprised to see this lighthouse at Brockton Point. Easily accessible by public transit, walking, biking or car, this is a great educational and photo opportunity for all. Plaques abound to tell the history and significance of the lighthouse.
Was impressed. I will visit again when in Stanley Park.

This little red and white lighthouse looks awesome in pictures with the lovely scenery all around it. We stop by here whenever in Stanley Park and enjoy the views. The area is usually busy with people admiring the lighthouse or watching the boats go by.
