The inlet to false creek ends in a watery cup de sac. A relatively small and scenic marine area that is fun to navigate by foot circumferentially, but it can be crossed by hiring a small boat.

Great way to get from one area to the next. Pretty views of the area from the water. Ferries run about every 15 minutes.

One of the bodies of water around the city. Take a water taxi or ferry to go out and look back at the skyline views. Lovely.

OK - this is not the world famous seawall that girds Stanley Park. Nor is it the walkway along Burrard Inlet that has those postcard views. But, it is a gem in it's own right. Whether you are walking, running, biking, or wheel-chairing, there is...More

My partner & I enjoyed a lovely walk around False Creek. It was ridiculous cold, but we wrapped up warm & braved the elements. Lots to see - from the stunning waterside apartments, to the wildlife. Cold but worth it.

Walked the east end of False Creek several times on a recent visit to Vancouver. Took in the Cirque de Soleil, Kurios, Granville Island market, and Craft bar. False Creek has a wonderful walk way all around and provides great access to different neighbourhoods.

It’s an easy walk for an hour or 2 and you see wildlife, boats, canoes, SUP’s, awesome views of BC Place, new Casino, BC Pavilion, Olympics Village, Science World, many eateries, pubs, people watching, bikes, joggers and that incredible Vancuover skyline with those 25-30 story...More

A hodgepodge of landscapes, the West End combines
verdant gardens and blocky modern architecture, with
Victorian bits and Edwardian bobs in between. It is a

perhaps incongruously, some of Vancouver's most
languid lines of beachfront. English Bay and Sunset

take in dusk settling over the water, or to jog along
