A must visit in Stanley Park, these totem poles are larger than life and make great subjects for photos. There is a small gift shop to buy souvenirs.

We visited as part of a tour group - the Totem Poles are beautiful and well worth a look. There are detailed boards explaining their meanings to the First Nation tribes (and us).

Brockton Point Totem Pole in Vancouver's Stanley Park really is a work of art by First Nations sculpters. A collection of about 9 that are dotted around the park amazing to see and each figure is representative of a spirit or experience.

In Stanley Park. Many totem poles. Very colorful with much history. The poles are used to document ancestry, kinship, and history and to honor an important person or event.
