Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

There is literally nothing to do here! There is a play place with one slide - however it costs $11.50 per kid to go in. Other than that it’s just an arcade with a lot of broken games and very overpriced toy stores (think $15 little hot wheels cars).

It was very disappointing.

A huge shop dedicated to things for kids. Everything you can imagine set under one roof you can spend an hour, and much money in there

Since our first visit here 2 years ago, not much (if anything) has changed. Although it wasn't all that crowded (Canada first opens its borders to Americans on Aug. 9th), with visitors/shoppers, everything seemed really packed tight, like sardines in a tin.

I think we would have done some serious shopping if we could have waded through the excessive quantity of merchandise. Sometimes less is really best.

There's a massive two story ball room with slides and digital games to play. Great for anyone under 8. Virtual Reality machines for older kids, an arcade and great food on the top floor. Downstairs we spent quite a while in the costume shop. We found some really cool props. Plan to go back for the amazing wigs for my cosplayers. There's a shop for sports fans, one with only toys made of wood. There's clothing, boots, bathing suits, shoes and baby gifts. It is the most complete collection of things kids love.

Honestly, we could have stayed all day (the kids wouldn't have minded)! The next time we go, we'll be sure to get there earlier and we won't make dinner reservations so we can stay as long as they want. Do yourself a favor and go if you have kids!

This building houses both the amusement arcade and the gifts/shopping section (therefore, a separate TA review for the 2 different purposes). We found some great things for a little person in our family; apparently, backpacks are incomplete unless they sort some sort of expression to give it "personality."

Shopping here was a kiddie-land paradise. The puppets, the kinds of toys, etc., there was so many creative things here to spark the imagination of young ones.

The cage of balls was the ideal place for 5-7 year olds to muck about, dive under the balls, and use the cage walls for target practice (as they aim for us passers by). We had lots of fun dodging their imaginary hits (and making faces). Hey, we can all have some fun, even if we aren't 7 years old.

The area isn't really huge but it is colorful and allows for exuberant little ones to release some pent-up steam and work up an appetite (for further mischief, maybe?) Anytime we can all step away from seriousness is a good time!

This building houses the "Kids Only Market" (shopping) as well as this small amusement arcade. We did end up doing some shopping here, too.

I really appreciated that all the businesses there are independently owned. Each shop had a thoughtful selection of quality stuff. Plus the kids had hours of fun inside and outside at the cute little boat playhouse.

It's a little tired and could stand a good clean-up, not all of the games work, and the values of the prizes leave a lot to be desired, but my four year old grandson and all the other kids I watched running around were laughing and squealing with delight when they pulled their tickets out of the machines in the games room. We visited several times and I purchased either $10 or $20 in gaming coins for him to play with. With some help, he won hundreds of tickets to trade in for prizes, which were a plastic snake and a kinder chocolate egg. I repeat, the fun he had was priceless, but value for dollar does not exist. Every ride costs $1.00 and the bumper cars are $5 per ride (which I do admit last quite a while and are managed by a friendly young man). The stores are fun to visit and the kids' barbershop is the best I have ever seen complete with cars for the children to sit in, videos to watch and a charming young woman who is skilled in the art of cutting hair and entertaining children during the haircut. No doubt I will return ….kid at heart that I am. I have assigned a rating of average, given the gaming costs.

I have also indicated that I am not sure if this is a "must-do", as I am more of a fan of outdoor and free activities. I indicated not sure for wheelchairs, as the elevator can accommodate one at a time, but the gaming room might be a little restrictive.
