Was here 20 years ago with our kids, this time by ourselves. Just as I remembered! Fabulous views and breathtaking vistas. Watching the surfers was an added bonus. Excellent change areas and washrooms too. Well maintained federal facility!
Parking is at a premium. You may get a smaller motorhome in but forget it if you are over 30 feet long. The parking lot is big enough but it is very, very crowded. Also you are in a national park so a valid park...More

Depending on your available time you could do the trip up but might I suggest looking into Sooke BC and continuing on to Port Renfrew BC it’s a nice drive and numerous points including Jordan River and China Beach to see the... More
Depending on your available time you could do the trip up but might I suggest looking into Sooke BC and continuing on to Port Renfrew BC it’s a nice drive and numerous points including Jordan River and China Beach to see the coast a much easier day type trip or stay at Ocean Wilderness BnB But you will miss the long sand beach of long beach and cathedral grove Forrest both also special
