This is located right beside the road with ample parking. Worth a 1-2 hour visit for a beach stroll and pictures. I preferred this over Chesterman beach.

This beach is big and when we went there were not too many people. Lots of people walking on beach, enjoying the beautiful day!

We went there mainly because of surfing- which is a good spot for it by the way :) Children and kids would love it - they would love to go shell hunting :)

Was here 20 years ago with our kids, this time by ourselves. Just as I remembered! Fabulous views and breathtaking vistas. Watching the surfers was an added bonus. Excellent change areas and washrooms too. Well maintained federal facility!

Great long, friendly beach with most of the features of pure pacific exposure. Wind swept sand, ocean mist, surf and lots of parking.

Huge sandy beach! Although there were a lot of people when we were there it was easy to find our own space to sit.
