About
Home of the Crazy Shakes, a trip to Penticton isn't complete unless you visit ME - the iconic giant Peach on the Beach. I'm located on Okanagan Lake, and I'm cheeky! A perfect photo (I love to photobomb your pics) & soft ice-cream stop. I'm known...more

Haters gonna hate - there are lots of places for a average ice cream and tiny kids cones on the beach in Penticton. Go to the Peach for a crazy shake - carefully handmade milkshakes with scrumptious desert on top. Or get a screamer (a...More

People are giving bad reviews for the shakes being to big. Are you crazy?! That’s not something to complain about. They’re unreal. So impressive. Every bit of them tasted amazing. They are large though so split one between two people unless you haven’t eaten in...More

We wish they had kid sized cones instead of the expensive behemoths they offered. But the biggest issue is how fast the soft ice cream melted when it was hot out. I am a fast ice cream eater and I was having a tough time...More

Wish they had kid size cones, or ice cream in a dish. Their concoctions are photo-worthy, but hard to handle if you are young, old or the weather is hot hot hot.

We went to the Peach on the Beach twice while we were in Penticton. Both times it was great. First try we had three different ice creams. They were all huge and awesome. The next time we had a mix of things. Paid the $11...More

If you must try ice cream at the Peach on the beach remember that prices are very expensive and cone sizes are huge. Fortunately they let us divide up a small size cone into 2 cones which gave us a taste of this Penticton institution....More

The menu is very interesting but I opted for a plain peach ice cream in a regular cone. I don't often eat ice cream and found it delicious. Couldn't bring myself to pay $11 for the crazy looking shakes.
