Really great building. Very open with plenty of great light streaming in through the large windows that front Columbia St. Great variety of museums. I did find the Lacrosse Hall of Fame smaller that when it was at the Community Centre. Good sized theatre. The...More

I have been to several events there both on the main and second floor. The one on the main floor was for a photo exhibit. It is in a beautiful location and one they should use on a regular basis to showcase local artists &...More

The Anvil Centre is a beautiful piece of modern architecture. Marble cement and glass with beautiful fir walls. Open, expansive but with options to close off portions of the main floor for smaller events. It houses the Lacrosse Hall of Fame, The New Westminster Museum...More

Went there for a concert and have to say this building is great. It is a fairly new building I think - at least it looks like it. It is clean, staff friendly, and the room where we saw the concert was intimate and very...More

Was here to visit the museum. Notice that the various components of this building have their own category. So, dealing simply with the venue itself, it continues to remain void of people. Perhaps some come to a theatre presentation, but the theatre is usually locked...More

Went to see Bitter Girls here. First visit to this location. Facilities and staff are great. Why drive to Vancouver?

There are usually some most interesting programs and events and classes happening here. Some are, however, difficult to find and access. Did you know there's a real art gallery on the third floor? Featuring local artists, it's called "Community Art Space" and is outside the...More

Went to see Bittergirl in this theatre and the sound was fabulous as was the play. It is a fairly small theatre but good comfortable seats. Very nice. Easy parking in the basement. Lots of other things to see in the Centre.
