A really special place to walk and enjoy Nanaimo's harbour. This is the place to watch the famed annual bathtub races. Bring a picnic, and come down and spend the day.

We were at the park to participate in the bathtub weekend celebrations. They have awesome bathrooms and lots of great lawn space and trees for shade. Cool space to hangout and watch the water. We will be back

This park is so beautiful, I find it very calming when I do the walk. I am always so amazed how many people are there enjoying the walks even when the weather is not behaving.

This is truly one of the great urban parks in BC and possibly in all of Canada. The stroll by the sea is memorable, there are countless points of interest over and above the awe inspiring views, and the children's playground is simply phenomenal. It's...More

We come here regularly, they hold events here all the time. The bathtub race now starts and finishes here. We love to just walk around the park and the marina.
