Serene in the city

Sweet and tiny. Great place to read, meditate or just do a little walk about. Love watching the koi and turtles.

This is a rare place of peace and tranquility. You can just wonder around the perfectly maintained garden or sit on a bench and maybe have lunch it certainly puts you in a better frame of mind.

This hidden gem is a must visit. Like a real Japanese garden. Beautiful, quiet. It is like stepping into another world.

A tiny, yet large amount of beauty and information to learn. It is so pretty in there with the path to walk on and the koi fish to see. It is peaceful. A Wow!

I often took my Elementary School classes here as most of them didn't even know it existed. They enjoyed their time watching the Koi and having a peaceful lunch.

We decided on a boxed lunch and were able on arrival to find a really nice bench in which to eat at. The peaceful atmosphere... More

Despite all of the concrete construction and machines that make DT Kelowna a noisy and ugly place, this is one spot where one can relax and enjoy the tranquility of the waterfalls, and plant... We found this while looking for a place to take a short break from shopping along water street. It's very calming and just 1 block from the main small shops.

This is a really lovely garden and very quiet and peaceful...right in the middle of downtown Kelowna. I have not been there in the winter but the Spring, Summer and early Fall it is lovely. If you just want a quiet moment, this is it! if you enjoy the plants it is also perfect! If you want to sit down... More
