This museum is downtown close to other museums. There is no charge. It is free and donations are accepted. Interesting to see the wines and gift shop is on the premises.

What was interesting was nice large photos on the wall showing workers with clear expression on their faces and the dressing too. The machinery they used for cutting fruits was also very interesting and have never seen them before.

This would be a great place to take a child to. It has displays to showcase the BC fruit industry. Weather fruit on your table or wine for your pleasure. I enjoyed it, and loved that the FEE, was by donation.

If you want to look at apple boxes and apple peeling machines, this is your place. Otherwise, it's a bore.

Small one room "museum" full of fruit orchard displays, photographs, machines and history that show how important the fruit industry played in the making of Kelowna and the Okanagan Valley. Don't want to be mean but I wouldn't go out of my way to see this, but if in the Downtown Cultural District already worth stopping in for 15-20 minutes.

Located right beside the Wine Museum its donation only and you get to the see the old equipment used to farm back in the day. It used to be a larger exhibit but since the expansion of the wine museum they had to shorten this museum. Is it worth seeing? If you in the area and you have a spare... More

This is a great local history stop! Learn all about how important apples were to the area. It is run on donations. There was a guide there and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. A local man, who sadly passed away, made satirical apple dolls in amusing situations (police station, church, barbershop, and 2 hospital scenes) and donated it to... More

We visited there on Aug 25. It is a tiny museum. But it is worth to spend 20 mins and learn how the old time orchard farmers are making living.

It is located in Laurel packing house building. There ae not many displays. There are some old food industry machines there though. The most interesting thing was the live bee hive display. My kids loved it. If you are in the area check it out. Admission is by donation.

This is also a one-stop shop in the centre of Kelowna where you can buy medal winning wines from a large number of wineries throughout the entire Okanagan region. No tastings here however.
