Inside city limits but 100 yards into the hike you wouldn't know it. A tough winter but add a bit of sun and it was a great few hours. You can hike as long as you want and the views are incredible everywhere you go.

You can walk for miles and not see anyone. It is serene, quiet and beautiful. Take your lunch, water bottles and enjoy. Truly a gem within the city limits of Kamloops. You can mountain bike, but no motorized vehicles allowed.

I was pleasantly surprised at how user-friendly the trails are in this nature park. The trailheads are well marked and can be seen read easily in the winter months as well. This is important because there are so many trails that intertwine, so it’s easy...More

These are the best trails in Kamloops. So many options. If you're walking, biking, running etc you can explore here for months on end and not get bored. Many who frequent here come daily and treat this place like their own backyard.

Lots of choices of terrain in this park. Wonderful views and spots to rest. Parking in more than one location. Go.

If you want to stretch your legs p, walk your dog, or mountain bike, this is a great park. It isn't all scenic (very close to the trans Canada), but it offers miles of trails of varying difficulty. Even the easy trails have a lot...More

Great opportunities here but only a few of the trails have a good maintenance. This park really could do with a better trail development. The great thing is the views and the number of trails

Sorry, very wooded area. Picnic spots but no bonfires or bbqs. Just pack a lunch and enjoy the scenery.
