I've booked it as a Groupon Deal when travelling to BC and transiting via Kamloops. I didn't have much expectations, but after visiting I was very happy I've seen it. It's not as huge and flashy as many zoos or similar facilities, but it's more...More

A spectacular attraction for Kamloops. Went last night and took the little train ride around the amazing wildlights all throughout the park. Beautiful. Had a delicious cup of hot chocolate and drank it by the fire. Beautiful gift shop with so many options.

This is not a normal zoo, as all animals in this wildlife park are here because they can't be released back in to the wild, due to having grown up elsewhere in captivity or injuries etc. There is a strong focus on eduction.
