Beautiful scenery, very rustic and easy walk around the village. At the time of travel the mountains were half capped with snow and we felt like we were in another country like Switzerland alps.

We go regularly to Harrison Hot Springs because we live nearby. It's a lovely place for adults and kids alike, with plenty of good restaurants and activities (during summer). We went to the Hot Springs Resort Hotel - which is wonderful all year round

Don't know why more people don't go here. Living in the okanagan, it is the perfect place to visit. Only 3 hours away yet feels like a world away. Go in the summer. The lake is cold but the sun is hot. Lots of water...More

The views around this area are amazing. Great walking trails and restaurants. The lake is huge and surrounded by majestic mountains. Loved it.

I don't believe there's an 'on-the-beach' area where you can set up a BBQ -- but definitely NOT within the Resort's area - they have signs posts on the grounds along the beach. At the opposite end of the beach, you may... More
