This museum is in a historical building located in the heart of downtown. Very nice layout in the interior as well. Lots of parking on the nearby streets and close to historic 5 Corners!

This is a very small museum but the permanent exhibit tells a wonderful story of how Chilliwack and the immediate area got started, particulary during the 1858 gold rush. Unfortunately a large part of the museum was closed due to changing the temporary exhibits area....More

Excellent for historians of the original land owners. Very good pictures but in a very small area. I think that they are setting some more attractions upstairs. Beautiful old building.

We stopped by to get a feel for some local history. Great old building to house the museum. Very good exhibits, plus a special sports exhibit. Worth the visit.
