Great!

We ski marmot a lot. The runs are very good, not easy to lose kids if you meet up at the bottom. Food is good but expensive. So is beer. No surprise !!!

This hill is a great place to go with the family or with friends. The food in the lodges is great and the drinks are cold. The hills are nicely groomed and the staff are very helpful/friendly. There is 4 parking lots and normally has lots of room to park and then ski/board down to the chalet to purchase your... More

Presque aucune attente en ligne (meme si c'etait une journee feriee). Almost no waits, good snow, friendly staff. I highly recommend this mountain especially compared to Lake Louise (which gets a lot busier because of its proximity to Calgary and an aiport). If you can rent a car or otherwise drive out, it's worth the extra hour. Great skiing, lots... More

I recently skied Marmot Basin as part of a 9 day three mountain trip that also included Lake Louise and Sunshine Village. I really enjoyed both the conditions and terrain at Marmot. I am a lower advanced skier (single black) and like variety and the opportunity to both explore new terrain, occasionally push myself (mogels and steeps), and at other... More

I went there by myself, and had a blast riding those slopes! What a beautiful place, great snow quality and runs for all experience levels. Can't wait to ride there again!

Depending on weather and time of year, Marmot Basin is the best place to ski in Jasper and the prime spot for Edmontonians to get away from the city. The powder is incredible if you go to the top half. Enjoy the chalet at mid-mountain instead of the crowded chalet at the base. When I went there Easter Saturday, it... More

Awesome skiing during the shoulder season. nice long runs and no line ups for the chairs. Affordable rental equipment that seemed to be near new. We enjoyed a wonderful affordable lunch in the upper lodge.

I have skied Marmot a thousand times and love this mountain but last month a bad fall led to a torn calf muscle and my first personal experience with the Ski Patrol at Marmot. I was treated to some great personalities and Dwayne correctly diagnosed what was confirmed by my doc later in Edmonton. Three cheers to the ski patrols,... More

First weekend of April and the snow was actually really good. Very little ice, warmer temperatures, smaller lineups and many challenging terrains to learn on for all skill levels make Marmot a great mountain for Spring snowboarding. Thoroughly enjoyed the weekend of snowboarding up here. Only thing I wish it had was a village at the base for a ski... More
