Called in to see about Shuttle time table and was told "there it is" and lady went back to talking her colleague and ignored me. Very poor service snd For a town that needs tourists to come back you would think they would do better.

Excellent, we had to get a pass for Mt Edith Covell, and they were very fast and professional, they helped us with all of our details and any questions we had about the Jasper area.

The staff there are very good and very familiar with Jasper and the surrounding area. The gifts at the gift shop are interesting, you can find a sovenir for yourself easy.

A great place with a lot of pamphlets about all the attractions. One map of the overflow camping was questionable. Very friendly staff.

The folks at the information center were friendly and had lots of information to share. We got maps, directions and suggestions from them. There is also a gift shop that supports the Friends of Jasper.

This is located in an historic building which is quite remarkable and so worth visiting to see this alone. It is right in the centre of Jasper and easy to find. Staff were helpful, despite the place being quite full of tourists wanting information.
