Excellent gifts and informative guides. BUT no washrooms, they are a walk to the Train Station. Perhaps this might be a future additive?

We were lucky to go there before getting the road to go to Columbia Icefields. The very helpful attendant informed us about the road conditions (which was very dangerous, due to the snow accumulated during the night) and until then we had no idea of how to access this information. We waited a couple of hours before leaving the city... More

It's worth visiting for the architecture and the many maps but many come for the wifi. Curiously, the Centre's hours do not always align with other significant events (which is true of other businesses in Jasper) such as the arrival of the train (particularly if it's delayed). Many of the tours depart at 8:00am yet the Centre does not open... More

Thank you for taking the time to write this review! For the summer season of 2017 we have changed our hours to 8am-8pm daily so we are able to help people starting their day eailer and everyone arriving later. We would love to be able to work with the trains but sometimes they are very unpreditable. We try what we... More

This how we both felt when we asked a Information center person. She rushed through the info....grabbed her coat and walked us to the door. Not impressed

We arrived in town just before they were about to shut but the guy we spoke to still took the time to give us a map and point out the highlights. Very useful.

Beautiful building houses an always helpful staff who will take as much time as needed to provide you with good directions, maps, and brochures to aid in you in getting the most out your Jasper experience. Expect tp wait a few minutes when it's busy.

Quite the beautiful historical building - situated kitty corner from the train station. They have all kinds of travel information pamphlets, a wifi area, a gift shop and Parks people in attendance.

I had to ask for a map as they were not displayed (or had run out) in the racks. This took a few minutes as the centre was fairly crowded at 1200 on a weekday in September.
