This intercity park is really terrific! I spent my childhood playing along the creek banks and now it has grown and emerged into a very nice place, over the last fifty years. There are many activities celebrated there. They have a central building with snack counters, a pond, bridge over to the museum, a bandstand for events, horseshoe pits, a... More

Whether you are skating the pond in winter, playing in the spray area in summer, or biking in spring and fall there is always something fun to do at the park. With the central location and a museum on site (worth seeing at least once) it is one of the best places to visit in GP for visitors and locals... More

There is many activities to do there, a children’s park, take a walk with your dog, jogging, you can have a picnic there, tobogganing down the hill in the winter, swimming in the summer, skateboarding park, rooms to rent to have birthday parties at an affordable price, little cafeteria, skating on the pond in the winter, clean washrooms available during... So much to see, a vibrant natural area running through the middle of a vibrant city, numerous walking trails, a stocked fish pond, habitat for deer and the occasional moose, a large resevoir for migratory birds to nest. Really, it is a natural wonder

We needed a place to walk with friends and chose Muskoseepi walk and the walk around the resevoir. We started at the Muskoseepi Park Pavillion. and d waked accross the bridge to the hill to the College, enjoyed the view of the geese on the resevoir ,the college building is a very interesting architecture by architect Douglas Cardinal, then from... The park runs thru the city south to north and has many accesses for residents and visitors alike. There is wildlife to be discovered of both human and animal varieties. Must be mindful of the dog droppings that uncaring people do not cleanup after walking their four legged friends.

I decided to go on a mini adventure today and to start at the #1 tripadvisor "thing to do" in Grande Prairie! It was 3 degrees and a little chilly but I layered up and brought my camera. Didn't go past the "moose/bear" sign, since all I had was my camera to throw at them if I ventured any further... More

Take a lovely stroll along Muskoseepi trails. It will take you beside the lazily flowing stream of the creek and through treed area. Allowing you to enjoy the sweet smell of the outdoors. In fall take in the beautiful sight of ever changing colors.
