We could not hold our wedding due to COVID so we requested a refund from Quest Limos far in advance of our would-be wedding date. Since then, they have repeatedly lied and given false timelines on when we should expect the refund. So far, it's been 2 months since we were originally told the refund was processed but every time I talk to them, the timeline changes. I need to reach out multiple times to ever get a response. Their level of communication is horrendously unacceptable to the point of them hanging up on me (while apparently looking for the transaction number of my refund, which they couldn't find) and texting me while refusing to call back. I have never been rude or aggressive with them because I understand the stress COVID places on these kinds of industries but they have been BY FAR the worst vendor I have dealt with during this time. Save yourself the time, money, and headache and go elsewhere.

Stay far away from this company! This was the absolute worst experience. Booked for a grad and the driver was refusing to take the graduates. After 40 minutes of convincing was able to get the driver to agree to take the grads. What a nightmare. Had zero issue charging us nearly $1300. We don’t get that missed time back or money. What an unprofessional experience that was and so stressful. Do not book with Quest Limos.

Great experience and ease of use - timely and professional : It was a last minute booking and everyone made the experience a pleasure to deal with - the driver was on time and very helpful with the family guests - I would recommend to use them !

First off please know that there are 4-5 different websites for limo companies in Calgary/Banff area that all appear to be different companies yet they are all run by the same guy(s). Try it....ask for a quote, then call. Same guy on the other end.
'Signature Limos' did our airport pick-up and transfer to Banff. But they knew we had reservations with 'Quest Limos' for days later in Calgary. Signature driver from airport brought the future Quest Limo booking up during our pick up at the airport (so yeah same guys) and they tried to talk us out of it saying that the limo can't get close to the Saddle Dome and it's cold and a long walk. I was disappointed (and surprised at the conversation/info) but told the guys not to cancel anything....I said thanks for the info but DON'T cancel, as we needed to think/talk about it (my daughter and I) in private. My daughter was very much looking forward to the night-time limo/hockey game and so we did not cancel.
At the airport pick-up with the stretch limo, the guy was surprised to see me with my 15 year old daughter and not a male companion. When he took us a few kms away to the stretch limo that day I asked to have a minute to run into the liquor store right there to get a couple of drinks for the one hour ride to Banff and he said NO I could not buy alcohol. And I said 'huh?', 'um why not?' And he said straight faced 'because she is not of age.' And I looked him in the eye disappointed and said calmly and with a disappointed look, that I was going to grab a cold beer or two for myself (obviously)....and not my 15 year old daughter...(I mean seriously why would he think that?) The man was not impressed. He kept the separation window 1/3 open the whole ride....to watch that I don't give my 15 year old booze. Seriously. I had no intentions of letting my 15 year old drink. I am not impressed with the lack of privacy however that I would have enjoyed with my daughter and privacy is one of the reasons I ordered the limo in the first place.
So come the night (days later) for the Flames game....I had a bad feeling and double checked my email confirmation that day and made sure nothing was cancelled. At pick up time a town car (not the stretch we ordered came for pick up). The same guy driving recognized me and came over smiling. I was not smiling. I asked where the limo I ordered was and he brought up the conversation days before (during our airport pick-up with 'Signature limos'...that it would be cold...).
I looked him in the eye and said 'you know I said not to cancel'. I calmly said 'we have an hour until game time...could you please get the stretch limo we ordered. He said not possible. I asked if we could be picked up from the game then in a stretch limo at least. He said he would check...then he came back after a 2 minute call and said it wasn't possible.
I said nothing. Looked him in the eye blankly and disappointedly and my daughter and I turned on our heels and went back into our hotel. The hotel staff helped us.
We went by light-rail to the game with the help of hotel staff who had witnessed our initial disappointment and we had a $3 fun ride to the game with other Flames jersey wearing fans. We were initially disappointed but managed to get to the game on time and saved myself $180 each way plus tip. (I regret tipping the guy days before for the Banff trip. I tipped even though gratuities were included in our near $600 ride.
I am surprised these YYC/Banff limo companies (in reality all one guy/family/couple friends) get good reviews. It feels shady and somewhat a scam. Very disappointed.
I am going to add here that I feel that because we were two females I received this treatment. I feel that these guys' personal and religious values was the root cause. But that aside... know that reality is...several websites all lead to the same few guys running this operation. And it's shady and unreliable....and I am guessing even more so if you are females without a male.

I messed up the booking by reversing day and month (doh!) but they produced a driver within 15 minutes and he apologised for the mistake !

Great, friendly service. Easy booking. Used Quest for shuttle service b/w Calgary International and Banff and they couldn't have made the experience any easier! We rode in their Escalade to Banff and thier 7-Series BMW from Banff and both were incredibly clean and well maintained. Our driver was courteous and professional and an all around great person to talk with for the 2 hour ride each way. Pricing was extremely comparable with using a taxi service for the airport transfer but in a much more comfortable/nicer vehicle. Will book with again when we return to Banff next year.

Wonderful experience. When coming to Calgary ,the plane was delayed, and quest limos were tracking it and we're able to move the reservation back to meet the estimated arrival time. And since there was a delay (I'm sure this doesn't happen all the time) we were able to get a free upgrade from the sedan to a wonderful Cadillac SUV. Oh and I must say after being on a cramped plane for over hours that day, the extra leg room was so amazing and relaxing. We stopped shortly after driving past mountains, at a rest stop, and the driver was kind enough to take pictures of us against the beautiful mountain backdrop. The driver was so nice and helpful and honestly I believe truly wanted us to have the best trip ever. I would recommend quest limos to everyone wanting the best chauffeur service in Calgary and airport transfers to the outer cities. The operate 24/7 unlike a lot of busses and transits. They definitely made my trip to banff so much better.

We used BANFF VIP SEDANS to take us to the Calgary airport from Cochrane and to take us back to Cochrane from the Calgary airport upon our return. They were fantastic. I have never received such great service! Darius was professional, extremely helpful and a very pleasant person. When we arrived at the airport to start our journey, he got a trolley for us and loaded our bags on to it. Upon our return, he met us at the baggage carousel, took our luggage off the carousel, put the bags on a trolley and took everything to the vehicle. Upon arriving home, he took the bags into the house. On our return trip to Cochrane, he asked if we were warm enough and when we said we would like it a bit warmer, he pulled over, got out, opened our doors and pushed the switches to put the seat warmers on. Wow!! The vehicle was immaculate inside and out. We plan to use Banff VIP Sedans for all our future airport transfers.

I used this service to take clients to an event out by Bragg Creek. I was extremely satisfied with all aspects of their services, from the quick quote, the friendly drivers and cleanliness of the vehicle. I will be using them again in 3 weeks for a similar event.
