Place with designer shops. You can buy a tea there, furniture, clothes, a hot chocolate, a unique things of history and etc. We had a good time for Shisha here.

Due to the flood of 2013 this place has not reopened. Apparently it will not open until 2016. It is a great piece of nature in central Calgary and will soon be forgotten is they do not get funding to do the clean up.

Our kids school was involved in an intraction week of art and nature at the bird sanctuary. The staff were w very well informed and keen on helping the kids learn about the area.

It's amazing to find this little piece of environmental awareness and care tucked into the middle of the city. A nice retreat from the noise.

Hard to believe this natural reserve is minutes from downtown Calgary. Situated in the historic neighbourhood of Inglewood next to the Bow River, its a great hideaway from the chaos of the city. A perfect spot for birdwatching, photography and meandering along the trails.

Jay is right. This is from the City of Calgary site: The Inglewood Bird Sanctuary was greatly impacted by the June 2013 flood. A large amount of manmade debris was left behind and many of the sanctuary’s trails were severely... More
