We used to love coming to this place. But I don't think we will be back to the south location again. There wasn't enough for the kids to do as half of the things were out of order...should be discounted when the managers know this.

If you don't book a room you can not open birthday present can't even bring them in. I don't think it's fair considering the price we had to pay for 10 kids just to play. It's another $100 bucks if you want to open presents. That's just a rip off.

I brought my nieces, ages 3.5 and 6 years old over the weekend. We came early after opening, around 9:30 am, and it wasn't busy at all. The kids had a blast, it was nice and clean and big, great for when it's too cold to be outside. You can have a coffee and sit back and relax, snacks were... More

I went to this place with my 7 year old. We arrived shortly after opening and paid our $14.65 to go in. My kid had a blast and the free WIFI and Tv's were great. Everyone had fun. We left after 2 1/2 hours when it became really busy. The no food policy is horrible. Kid has a bad food... More

My daughter and I brought my grandson (her son) on Sunday. He is 22 months old and we thought that it might be a fun place for him to climb and play. And we sure were not disappointed. He and my daughter went thru the toddler play structure over and over again. Then when he was done, he ran and... More

If you can get past the high price, this is possibly the best indoor playplace in the city. No outside food. Comfy armchairs with cupholders. CCTV to view hidden areas.

I was there with my 2 kids. I asked to go out for half hour and come back and they say no. The have to take the west band off and you'll have to pay again. Ridiculous! What is the west band for then?! Plus the staff are not friendly.

Highly recommend TommyKPlay to parents with younger children. Our boys are 3 and 5 - perfect age to run ... Run ... RUN! Without getting bored. Lots of seating to sit and watch, grab a coffee and refresh your zen. Clean. Great set up.

Been many times and the kids love it and have a blast. Super safe, clean and warm environment. Young staff but always friendly. Tons of seating all with veiw of play areas. Love the TV's that show snap shots around the building. We always have a laugh seeing what our kids are up to. Highly recommend!
