Our hotel in downturn Calgary was connected to this unique system so we set off to explore. It's generally on the 1st or 2nd floor of most building and interconnects key buildings providing a unique way to explore the city. A great experience for just...More

I have been living and working in downtown Calgary for over three years now. I enter the +15 opposite to my apartment building and reach my office without getting out of +15 in about ten minutes. It takes about the same time if I do...More

This is not really a 'must see attraction'. Actually, I wouldn't even go so far as to call it an 'attraction'. I mean, until I began working downtown, I had never been inside of it. But with that aside, the +15 is extremely useful while...More

Not necessarily a must see, but fun to make your way through the skywalk system. Very extensive. Was confused as to why it was called +15, but was just informed that it means approximately 15 feet above street level. Apparently there are some +30 and...More

It's absolutely amazing how much of downtown Calgary is accessible from the +15 Skywalk. You never have to go outdoors during inclement weather & you have access to so many services & businesses.

I was just visiting the city and found this handy. I imagine if you worked downtown this would be indispensable to escape the weather!

What a fantastic idea to build this so many years ago! It is indispensable if you work downtown. Can get to pretty much anywhere using the +15 comfortably especially in the dead of winter! Use it every working day! Good job City of Calgary
