Walkable from downtown, this is one of Calgary's desirable neighbourhoods. If you're lucky enough to live there, you'll know why. But like most of us, we just visit as we can. The Elbow River borders the Mission / Cliff Bungalow on the north and east,...More

Recently moved here -- but have been coming down almost weekly for the past couple of years. This neighbourhood has everything you could want. You can walk to restaurants, parks, running paths, shopping, health care, theatre, movies, etc. Wonderful location by the Elbow!

It's nice to stroll along the streets of the Mission District in Calgary. The houses are cute and well kept, like going back in time. There are restaurants and coffee shops in the area to sit back and enjoy some relaxation and good food. It's...More

Mission district is quite eclectic with unique shops and restaurants in the area, and old houses and new redevelopment popping up everywhere. It's a great place to eat and shop, and then walk south towards the Elbow River for a stroll.

Fun district to toddle around in and poke in shops, grab a coffee or a bite to eat. I usually drop my car off at 4&20 to have it washed and then go for a pleasant wander.
