I always have a love-hate relationship with the CFM, so I'll just dispense with a scholarly review and list the pros and cons. The CFM is very boutique and upscale - bring cash, although there is an ATM on site and some vendors take debit/credit. We usually visit to get coffee beans from Analog / Fratello, but it's always a... More

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us Jill, we value your observations. We are sensitive to our customers' feedback and do everything we possibly can to offer an engaging and valuable experience. Indeed, some of our vendors offer non-local items, such as bananas and pineapples. In those cases, the small businesses are attempting to offer... More

We really enjoy spending a few hours here with the grandkids on a cold Saturday or Sunday when there are few outdoor activities that can be enjoyed due to the cold weather. We all like to spend time listening to the various buskers, tasting the varied food items freshly made at the many restaurant vendors, and shopping for fresh fruit... More

The kids and I went and played in the playground for a bit. The max height is 48". It was smaller than Treehouse or TommyKPlay, but bigger than a McDonalds. There were nice benches to sit on for parents. Afterwards we went on a stroll through the other booths at the market. The market has cute and free little push... More

Some purchases can be quite pricey but the food is delicious, and it is nice to support our local growers. Great selection of foods to sample, buy for home or eat there. Some wonderful vendors selling unique items that's sure to make great gifts or addition to any home decor. Can get crowded real fast. I'm not crazy how the... More

Great selection of local produce with something there for everyone. Under cover so you can go rain or shine. Most prices seem to be fairly similar within the market. Chocolate, toys, fruit and veg, bread etc all available.

Thank goodness this market is open Thursdays to Sundays year-round, as it would take a year to eat your way through all the great food stalls located here. The place is enormous, with many places to have lunch or dinner, buy high quality ingredients, or pick up a beautiful craft item. It's a handy location, near the intersection of Blackfoot... More

if you desire to find great healthy food choices....this is the place. They have fruits, veggies, sauces, fish, vegan, organic...and this only includes he some of the vendors. There are also other vendors, such as: artisans, artists, crafts and of course a little good java, fresh pastries and other goodies. Spend sometime checking out every alley. You Will Enjoy

This is a required stop for us when we are in Calgary. On this trip, we discovered Margarita's Dishes which serves Ukranian food. We loved the vegetarian cabbage roll and beet borscht. They also make fresh squeezed lemonade there. We bought a beet blend and a cucumber/mint blend instead and those were delicious!! Want to add that this is an... More

This is the best farmer's market in the province. There are a ton of food vendors in the food court and I really enjoyed Wildfire Wings (try the goat cheese and pesto), There is all sorts of fresh meat, baking, cheese, produce and more. The washrooms are spotless!
