Really nice gym with good equipment, a lot quieter than most other gyms like Goodlife, bit of an older crowd. Facilities are good but its a little more expensive than other gyms.

Clean, spacious and not a lot of people so most equipment is available. Whether it is the pool, badminton, basketball or any of the ongoing classes, it is a great place. There is limited parking and it can be pricey.

Clean, spacious and not a lot of people so most equipment is available. Only draw back is i wish there was more equipment variety and more of the commonly used equipment.
