If you have children and if its a nice spring/ summer day, this is highly recommended! There is so much to do, so much history to experience, and fun to be had. If you are an adult who is a kid at heart you can do it as well, but probably more suited for families with children. Definitely a whole... More

This park is by far our favourite. My 6 year old daughter goes there at least 5-10 times per year and we really enjoy the relaxed atmosphere there and an old-world charm it has! Recommend to anyone who is into history, culture or enjoy kids' attractions

This place was a great daytime outing for a first time in Calgary. Even if you're not too big in to the history aspect of it, there are lots of games, rides, and interactive street plays to take part in, and everything is included in the admission price (unlike most fair type things). The staff are very knowledgeable and there... More

Great place. Great breakfast. Our guides were very knowledgeable, in character, and friendly. Gasoline Alley is a must see. Incredible displays of cars, gas pumps and more memorabilia. The sour dough bread and cinnamon rolls at the bakery were great! We took them back to the Rv and split the cinnamon rolls in half for breakfast two days. Totally enjoyed... More

This park has so many unique exhibits to see, you cannot really experience them all in one day. The basement of gasoline alley has some great vehicles to look at. The only negative is that the food options are very limited in scope and not really a good value.

We spent about 5 hours at the park but still did not do everything on offer. There were activities at allocated times around the park that were fun to participate in such as a paddle steamer, steam train, play in the local theatre, street theatre and daily life experiences of Early Canadian life. We really enjoyed the informative train carriages... More

We visited on a rainy day but it was still fun. All ages, from grandma and grandpa to 7yr olds had a great. Wish more rides were open but we all had fun. Wonder if they caught the right bank robber.

Take the kids and grandparents together so they can get first hand information about many of the things to see around the Village. Take a boat ride on the paddlewheeler around the reservoir. Perfect for little ones to be able to imagine what it was like in the old days.

This was a great way to spend the day. Although it wasn't my first time because I was here for a function once and that was fun also as the atmosphere for the function was great since it was in the area with the planes and cars. But this review is from my recent experience and I highly recommend it... More
