Although almost in town not too much traffic, very scenic and if you're traveling at the right time of day the wildlife is out.

This is a great drive when you are in Banff. You get to view the Banff Springs Hotel from the other side of the river, some interesting old and new houses, maybe see some wildlife and the Tunnel Mountain Camp Ground

The drive is amazing. We stayed at the campgrounds. Evenings of clear skies, mid nite blue perfect for star gazing! Bask in the magnificence of nature.
